Who doesn't love a Robin? Symbolic of Christmas, the winter season, a year round gardeners companion, subject of many children’s drawings and a character that has a place in many of our hearts. This was great fun to design with many revisits to the drawing board - or more accurately tweaks to the 3D model on the PC. The robins red breast is created with an oval faceted natural Mozambique red garnet. The stone is secured by wings either side and detailed feet prongs at the base. The wings feature grooves to let light through to the back of the garnet to allow its rich deep red colour to be shown off to its best. I've done a brief first run of these. Based on my initial focus group feedback, my trusted advisors - a diverse collection of people with opinions, have been unanimous (for the first time ever) in loving this! Garnets are associated with fiery passion, strength, and creativity. They are the birthstone for January. Suitable to wear for daytime or evening wear. The earrings are secured through the ear with a hook and finished with a commercial grade rhodium plate to give a high quality shine finish. Supplied in an Ojewellery presentation box, within a ribbon handled gift bag, complete with product information authenticity card with space for a gift message and a jewellery cleaning cloth to keep your jewellery in ready to wear condition.
